Paper Assignment
The paper assignment will constitute 20% of your final grade. The paper length will be six (6) to eight (8) pages (body content, not including a title page and a reference page), typed and double-spaced. The paper should be completed in APA format. Determine specific legal issues facing your organization/company or your desired career. Discuss how the legal issues impact the particular job or organization and how it may respond to the challenges that the legal issue presents. For example, how does your particular organization limit the possibility of tort liability, and are those practices legal/ethical?
This paper may be completed using strong research, but seeking out and interviewing an individual that works in your desired career may greatly enhance the quality of the paper.
