Theoretical Frameworks/Seminal Research

What is a Theoretical Framework?

"The theoretical framework is a natural extension of the literature review. The purpose of the literature review is to highlight gaps and shortcomings with the existing work in your field. The theoretical framework details the perspective you will take to address that gap and shortcoming" (Lempriere, 2019)

Who are Seminal Researchers?

These works have presented an idea, concept, or construct that is foundational and is referred to frequently in the research. The best way to identify seminal researchers is to compare dissertation and article bibliographies.
