CHEM 391, 392, 491, 492 - Chemistry Seminar : Science Databases

The goal of this Information Literacy Level 3 Designated Course session is to teach or review how to search the Library's collection of the primary literature in all fields of Chemistry. Both print and electronic collections will be discussed.

What is a database?

A database is a collection of information that is organized so that it can easily be accessed, managed, and updated.  The library has over 150 databases containing a myriad of journal titles with numerous scholarly and popular articles.
