All 3D print jobs in the 3D Printing Lab must be run through Ultimaker Cura software before printing. This software is installed on the computer in the 3D Printing Lab. You may also download the software for free on your own computer and prepare your 3D model prior to prior to your 3D Printing Lab reservation. Ultimaker Cura is an open source slicing application that prepares your model for printing on either of the Lab's two Ultimaker 2+ Connect 3D printers.
The software is available for download at https://ultimaker.com/software/ultimaker-cura. It can be installed on any computer running Windows 64-bit, MacOS 64-bit, or Linux 64-bit.
